So Colissimo


Delivery to mainland France, Monaco and Corsica.

  • So Colissimo Home

    We will deliver to the address of your choice (home, place of work, holiday accommodation etc.). Delivery takes from two to five working days (excluding Sundays, bank holidays and special circumstances such as strike or bad weather). The delivery will be in the form of an Access package which does not need to be signed for. The package will be left in the letter box if it fits. The package may be left with a building manager or a delivery notice will be left in the letter box.

  • So Colissimo Out of home

    Your package will be left at a post office or a pick-up shop near your home, your place of work or your holiday residence, whichever you choose. Delivery takes from three to seven working days (excluding Sundays, bank holidays and special circumstances such as strike or bad weather). An e-mail will be sent informing the client that the package is ready to be collected at the pick-up point. Your order will be processed as soon as it has been confirmed by us, from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and will be dispatched to the transport company. However, during certain periods (especially during the sales and other promotional events), the processing period may be longer. As soon as your order leaves our depot, you will automatically receive an e-mail indicating your package tracking number. You will then be able to follow your order's progress whenever you want on the Colissimo website (colissimo.fr).

Delivery to Belgium

    How much does delivery cost? For all orders, delivery costs are as follows:

    • 7€90 for Colissimo France Home
    • 7€ for Colissimo France Out of home
    • 12€90 for Colissmo Belgium Home
    • 12€ for Colissimo Belgium Out of home

    This includes the preparation, packaging, dispatching and tracking of your order
    To track a delivery:
    You can either follow your package via your account by clicking on "my orders" and then "track my package".
    Or:
    By going to the colissimo.fr website and using the tracking number provided in the dispatch e-mail to check where your package is.

    What happens if you are out when the So Colissimo delivery arrives?

    Home delivery
    If you are out and the package does not fit in the letter box, it will be left at your local post office. You then have 10 working days following the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it. After 10 days the package will be returned to sender.

    Delivery to one of 5,500 shops
    A pick-up slip lets you collect your package within 10 working days. After 10 days the package will be returned to sender.

    What if you want to receive delivery at a different address?
    It’s easy: when you place your order, go to "Change delivery address" and type in the address.

Chronopost


Delivery to mainland France, Monaco and Corsica with Chronopost.

CHRONO 13 (from Monday to Friday)
  • Next-day home delivery before 1 pm (packages must be signed for) throughout mainland France.
  • Delivery to a pick-up spot: there are 5,500 pick-up points to choose from with extensive opening hours for speedy collection in mainland France, Monaco and Corsica.
How much does delivery cost?

For all orders, delivery costs are as follows:

  • 16€ by Chrono 13 in mainland France,
  • 15€ by Chrono pick-up in France, including Monaco and Corsica.

This includes the preparation, packaging, dispatching and tracking of your order.

With Chronopost's Express delivery, you will receive your package within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends, in mainland France and Corsica.

Chronopost makes deliveries from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 1 pm. As soon as your package has been collected by Chronopost, you can follow its progress on the chronopost.fr website using the package number sent to you by e-mail upon dispatch or via a link in the order tracking section of your Suncoo account. If you are out, the package will be left at a Chronopost office or at your nearest post office.

En cas d’absence, le colis est remis en agence Chronopost ou dans le bureau de poste proche de votre domicile.

European Union

We offer two options for delivery in the European Union:
Colissimo International, from 14€ for delivery within five to fourteen working days.
Chrono Express, from €27 for delivery within one to three working days.

You will be informed of the exact shipping cost before you finalise your order.

Outside of the European Union

We offer two options for delivery outside of the European Union:
Colissimo International, from 25€ for delivery within five to fourteen working days.
Chrono Express, from 56€ for delivery within two to six working days.

You will be informed of the exact shipping cost before you finalise your order.

TNT

In the office or at home

We deliver in person against signature in 24 hours after your order ships from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.

What is happening you are away during the delivery TNT?

In case of absence or inability to delivery, the package is placed in the Colis® Relay nearest you, and you can remove the same day from 2 pm .

To track your delivery:

You have the ability to monitor in real time your parcel from your account by clicking on the "my orders" and "track my package"

Or:

By logging on the site www.tnt.fr/suivrecolis, recovering tracking number in your shipping email that is to be entered in the space provided for this purpose tab.

In the nearest point Relais Colis®

We deliver in 24 hours after your order ships, in one of the 4200 Colis® Relais in France.

You can pick up your package from 13h or early afternoon in rural areas against presentation of ID.

You will be able to track the delivery of your order by logging into your account under "My Orders" and clicking on "Details".

What are the rates of delivery?

To order, your delivery packages are:

· 12€ at the office or home in France (except Corsica)

· 21€ at office or home in Corsica only

· 10€ relay point in France (except Corsica)

· 20€ relay point in Corsica only
