Metropolitan France and Belgium :

Return labels by Mondial Relay are downloadable, you have to register your return and follow the few steps on your customer area.

The amount of €3 corresponding to the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Europe & International :

Return costs are your responsibility. The return form can be downloaded directly to your customer account or requested from customer service via the “Contact us” section and return the duly completed document and the item(s) to be returned to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and label present. They must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unsoiled or incomplete.

The Customer has 30 days from the date of collect to make a return. 

If the order has been collected, it must be returned by post as follows : 

-Log on to the website and go to the customer area 
-Choose the reason for return 
-Download and print the Mondial Relay return label and the return slip to be placed inside the parcel. 

We highly recommend the customer to try the product(s) in-store before returning the order.

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us via Mondial Relay.*

- Declare your return online, in your customer area by following the different steps.

- Print the return label and stick it on the package. Go and drop it off at the relay point of your choice.

- Reimbursement will take place within a maximum of 15 days after delivery of the package to a relay point.

*The return address via Mondial Relay is located in Rosny-sous-Bois.

If you choose another carrier, the return costs will be your responsibility and not refunded:
